Boyce Cunnane, Inc., operates primarily on a retained-search basis. We have, however, worked on behalf of individual tax professionals. Few opportunities exist for tax professionals interested in making career changes discreetly and confidentially. We provide that service, with the same commitment that we give to our corporate clients. We guarantee confidentiality to each of our candidates; we will not identify, nor cause them to be identified, without their express permission.

Our efforts with individuals are as thorough as our efforts with companies:

  • We gain an understanding of the candidate's technical skills, professional experience, and personal goals and aspirations. We help each candidate to define realistic goals that fit with today's tax marketplace.
  • We construct a marketing plan-a "reverse search"-in which we make full use of our contacts and knowledge of the market to locate the candidate's desired position.
  • Almost twenty years of tax recruiting experience has taught us which firms to contact and how to contact them. Sometimes, we know immediately of a likely match or of a position that has not yet entered the market. Other times, we rely more strictly on our specialized marketing plan.
  • Boyce Cunnane, Inc., is committed to integrity and will communicate honestly with each candidate in every situation.
  • We assist the candidate throughout the interviewing process.
  • We maintain our partnership through the difficult process of resigning and through the candidate's transition to the new position.
