Retained Search arrangements work best for assignments
in which specific technical skills, management experience, or
interpersonal abilities are essential for success in a key role
and, thus, the demand for good candidates exceeds the supply.
From time to time, Bill Cunnane
enters into consulting arrangements with regard to general
tax recruiting, campus recruiting, marketing and advertising for
recruiting purposes, staffing, succession planning, performance
counseling, and out-placement counseling. Fees are based on an
hourly schedule, with a basic commitment to a minimum number of
hours.
Some situations warrant contingency arrangements. The
nature of these arrangements will naturally depend on the specific
characteristics of the situation at hand.
In every case, fees will be paid by the hiring company.
